Ticket Attendant was founded in 2012, out of a desire to make ticket inventory management easier through automation. As seasoned brokers themselves, our managing partners noticed a technological gap in the industry and decided to take action. Nowadays, Ticket Attendant exclusively manages clients’ inventory, without holding any inventory of our own.

Ticket Attendant offers three distinct products: Suite, Autopilot and Consignment. Each of the products is geared towards specific client needs and inventory volume. In other words – we hope to offer something useful for everyone, regardless of their business needs. Our biggest product is Consignment, which doubled in size in 2019 and continues to grow with the return to live events.
